PRE-ADMISSION ASSESSMENTS
Kindergarten:
Developmental Readiness is assessed by appointment during the early part of the year. Appointments are given to all parents in attendance at the Kindergarten parent meeting held in February. All parents whose child is on the waiting list as of January 1 of each year are invited to attend this meeting.
Grades 1 - 8:
Placement testing takes place on the first Saturday of May each year. All students on the waiting list are invited to be tested for possible openings for the following year.
Waiting List Procedure:
Parents or guardians may place their children on Good Shepherd Catholic School's waiting list any time during office hours. The necessary information must be given in person.
Registration Fee:
$200.00 per family - This fee is non-refundable.
Placement Test Fee:
$45.00 for grades 1 through 8
$50.00 for Kindergarten
Required Documents:
•Birth certificate
•Baptismal certificate
•Immunization records
•Last report card (grades 1-8)
•Sacramental certificates (Penance & Eucharist) if applicable

TUITION PAYMENT PROCEDURE
1. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month beginning August 1. The August tuition payment is required to reserve a place for the student when school opens the following month. The August payment is non-refundable at the discretion of the school. This may apply in the event that insufficient notice is given to the school regarding a student's enrollment.
2. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee is charged.
3. Tuition delinquency in excess of 30 days may result in removal of student(s) from the school's enrollment.
4. No student will be re-registered or readmitted for a new school year if tuition, fees, and/or PTG obligations for the past school year at Good Shepherd Catholic School remain delinquent.
*A supporting parishioner is defined as a practicing Catholic family (one or both parents and child(ren) are baptized in the Catholic Church and fully participate according to Church guidelines) who has registered with the Good Shepherd Parish office and for the past year presently contributes a minimum of $10.00 per week to its support. This information is verified for us by the parish office.

SWEATERS** Navy blue, orlon, V-neck cardigan
SOCKS** White crew socks only. Navy blue/white knee socks.
SHOES** Solid black or white (to inclde logos, tongues or trim) leather/canvas shoes.
All shoe laces must be solid black or white. (High top shoes and skater shoes are not permitted.)
JACKETS** Navy blue windbreaker
GIRLS P.E. UNIFORM
GYM SHORTS** Navy blue fleece (printed with school logo)
GYM SHIRTS** White uniform blouse or official white T-shirt with school logo.
GYM SWEATS** Solid colored navy sweat pants may be worn over the P.E. uniform on very cold days. NO other colors are to be worn with P.E. uniform.
BOYS DAILY UNIFORM
SLACKS** Navy blue staypress. No rivets in back.
SHIRTS** White or green (optional) knit polo, printed with school logo. Undershirts must be solid white only.
SWEATSHIRT** Navy blue sweatshirt WITH SCHOOL LOGO ONLY
