Join us in prayer, singing, and sharing every Thursday at 7:15 p.m. in the Mother's Room in the church.
This community serves as the focal point through which the Filipino community sets forth its common responsibility in carrying out the commands of Christ to proclaim God's message of salvation to all and to lead all to holiness.
The Filipino Cursillo Movement of Good Shepherd Church aims to meet on a weekly basis to be sustained by the Word of God through studying the Bible aside from participating in the weekly Sunday Masses.
The purpose of this organization is to promote and coordinate programs of the Spanish speaking community at Good Shepherd. Meetings are held once a month.
This prayer group meets on Wednesday evenings.
This national Catholic fraternal organization meets and helps support various charities and participates in parish activities. Good Shepherd Knights of Columbus meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
The Legion of Mary is an association of the Catholic laity open to all age 18 and above. The purpose of the Legion of Mary is to perform works of mercy in the name of the Virgin Mary and come together to recite the Rosary. This group meets every Monday evening after the 5:30 p.m. Mass.
The primary purpose of this ministry is to aid the needy and homeless at the St. Vincent de Paul Center in downtown San Diego. This is accomplished through work at the center and in fund raising activities.
This group is comprised of single and married adults ages 18 and up who gather together for social and spiritual events, outings and experiences. Planning meetings take place on the second Monday of each month.
This ministry is for all youth in grades 9 through 12 to provide opportunities to share their faith, values and concerns with each other in a supportive environment while having fun through a variety of social events and activities. |
